What Is EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)?

Do you have anxiety, fears, pain or other problems? Looking for a way to move beyond these issues without medication? EFT maybe the answer.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), also called Tapping, stimulates the body’s energy meridian points using your finger tips. By tapping on these meridian points while focusing on resolving and accepting a negative emotion, you restore your body to a balanced state.

“You may be wondering about these meridians. Put simply, energy circulates through your body along a specific network of channels. You can tap into this energy at any point along the system.

This concept comes from the doctrines of traditional Chinese medicine, which referred to the body’s energy as “ch’i.” In ancient times, the Chinese discovered 100 meridian points. They also discovered that by stimulating these meridian points, they could heal. Call it energy, call it the Source, call it life force, call it ch’i… Whatever you want to call it, it works.”

This energy force, either positive or negative, affects all functions of the body. EFT helps you remove these energy blocks and move beyond these limitations to bring your body and mind into balance.

Tapping provides relief from disorders, stress, phobias, emotional problems like anxiety and depression, PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder), addiction, physical issues and more. “EFT heals emotional problems by literally undoing the damage from the past.” Hear about people’s experiences using EFT on this YouTube Video “EFT“.

Learn about EFT and how to use it to bring relief to your problems on Tuesday, July 17, 2018. During the evening Rev.
