The garden will help teach new skills to handicapped individuals at Northeast Care Center while enhancing healthy eating and encourage connectedness to our surrounding neighborhood members. A 4x8 brick is $50.00 and has 4 lines; an 8x8 bricks is $100.00 and has 6 lines.

Relax with a Massage
Greg Kendziour, LMT, is returning to Seeds of Wellness on Monday, July 8, from 3:00 to 6:00 pm.
Due to his leg injury, Greg is only able to provide chair massage and seated Reiki. Minimum time is 15 minutes for a chair massage and 30 minutes for seated Reiki.
Greg has been a practicing licensed massage therapist for 5 years and has over 12 years experience as a Reiki Master. He does relaxation, deep tissue and sports massage.
