Perishable Items

Due to strict health standards we cannot refund or replace any opened perishable items including CBD products, essential oils, and e-liquids.

Merchandise

Any new and unused items can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund as long as they are in salable condition. Music cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened. Also, we don’t refund or replace gemstones.

Vaping Products

Many vaping accessories have a 30-day money-back guarantee with the manufacturer. If you have issues with your vaping products, please follow the instructions on the manufacturer’s warranty. Can’t find your receipt? We will print out a new one for you to return the product to the manufacturer. Returned products must be unused and in the original packaging with instructions to get a refund.

Return With a Receipt

If you paid by credit card or gift card, we’ll credit the account used for payment. If you do not have the same credit card that you used to make your purchase, you’ll receive a store gift card for the appropriate amount. If you made your purchase with cash, your refund will be issued in cash. If you paid by check, you’ll receive a store gift card or you will receive a cash refund following a 10 day waiting period from the date of sale for the appropriate amount.

Return Without a Receipt

If you don’t have your receipt, your return is only eligible for a store gift card. Valid government ID is required for all non-receipted returns.

The appropriate sales tax amounts will be included in your refund. All returns are subject to our right to refuse any request that does not meet our requirements.
