I went to Seeds of Wellness for the first time and it was so pleasant! The shop was cozy and inviting and had a wide range of great quality inventory. I loved the collection of crystals, oils, and books. I ended up walking out with a lip balm from a local vendor called Daisy Garden Gifts in Coconut and Beeswax and it is ahhhhmazing!!

My favorite part of the shop was meeting one of the owners, Brenda, and the lovable dog that was happily following me around the store. Such a sweetheart!

I absolutely love this little shop. Tucked between the crystals, candles and meditation rocks are many other fun and wonderful items that make the perfect gift for someone special in your life. While you are there, consider scheduling a reading for yourself. You won’t be disappointed.

Recently, I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to experience a Healing Modality that I had never heard of before at Seeds of Wellness! It was called a Sensory Relaxation Session, and it was marvelous! Brenda was able to calm my frazzled mind, body and soul in 15 minutes, which is something that would have taken me an hour of meditation and deep breathing to accomplish!

I was incredibly impressed with the amount preparation, attention to details and unique ability to create such a personalized experience. Meeting with Brenda ahead of time and filling out her well-prepared questionnaire regarding sensory preferences, such as narrowing down what sounds are calming and what sounds are bothersome, was genius!!! Especially in light of the fact that those can change from day to day/moment to moment, I found it helped me to become aware of my body and pay attention to what my mind, body and soul were needing! And Brenda is exceptional at reviewing and moving in directions that are most healing to each client on that particular day! She is very intuitive, as well as thorough, in designing for each client.

The Sensory Relaxation Session was soothing and calming for me, and yet, at the end, I felt invigorated and gently energized. With my meditation, which I love, I often need some time to “get back” or “settled” so as to move back into my busy day, and I allow for that, which is very good for me. However, I was thrilled to feel such a sense of centeredness, energy and clarity in such a short amount of time!

I am looking forward to another Sensory Relaxation Session… SOON!!!

I had my house up for sale and on the market for 2 1/2 months. It seemed like the inside of my home that the balance was off and the energy feel was unaligned. Potential buyer’s would walk through it and we had no one show any real interest in the home.

I called the Seeds of Wellness Store and requested the service of a house cleansing & blessing. Lynne and Brenda came out to my home to perform these services. With just meeting them for the first time, I felt a good positive energy vibe from both of them and that they would be able to help me out.

I can attest that after the house cleansing & blessing that my home felt so peaceful like a ray of sunshine came through it and I could feel the positive energy flow through out the entire house. It sold a few weeks later!

I had a great experience at SEEDS OF WELLNESS LLC.

I received a sensory session and because I hadn’t heard of it before I wasn’t sure what to expect. I did a survey telling her the sounds and scents that were calming to me. I picked ocean sounds and rain smells. I got to meditate for 15 minutes while I got to listen to relaxing drums and chimes. The time flew by, and it was so relaxing. I would recommend for anyone who needs a few minutes to themselves to relax.

This place is amazing! I love it because they are truly knowledgeable good people and love to share. All the classes and great items to encourage you on your wellness journey. So glad I stumbled across this place.

If you don't like washing dishes the homemade scrubbies sell make washing dishes a breeze. If you do like washing dishes, then you'll enjoy it even more with their scrubbies. My husband and I absolutely love ours.

I grew up using the green 3-M pads, and these (scrubbies) work even better than those! My in-laws love the (scrubbies) I've given them. My sister-in-law is giving them as gifts to her friends. I haven't come across a "user" that doesn't like them yet. They're inexpensive, but a hit with everyone.

And if you don't wash dishes, Brenda, one of the owners, has all kinds of other uses for the (scrubby), just ask! They rock!
